11 members of CRANE invested in Hyperion’s Croatian gaming studio!

Members of the Croatian Business Angels Network – CRANE, made the largest investment ever, by the number of investors included, in the gaming studio Hyperion from Jastrebarsko! Eleven members of CRANE were attracted by this young team and decided to invest in the startup. They developed and started selling the computer game Journey of Life completely alone, without any outside help, which in this period had revenues of over 250,000 kuna. The founder is the 22-year-old Adriano Žeželić, who presented his project at the CRANE Startup Wednesday held at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management – ZŠEM. The investment is agreed upon at a valuation of 500,000 euros, and the business angels of CRANE will own slightly less than 20% of the newly established London company.

“My friend Eugen wanted to help the project, so he suggested that I contact CRANE. I got a chance to pitch in front of all members of CRANE at Startup Wednesday, and I secured the necessary investment. The game Journey of Life is currently only available for the PC, but Hyperion is working on mobile versions that will be on the market in the third quarter of 2019. The game is currently accepted by many players who actively participate in its development. CRANE President Davorin Štetner was the first to invest in Hyperion, Hrvoje Prpić, a member of the Managing Board of CRANE, is the lead investor, and among the members of CRANE who invested in Hyperion are well-known names: Aljoša Domijan, Zoran Miliša, Dennis Rukavina, Zvonimira Orešar , Denis Matijevic, Nikola Serdar.
