The Croatian Business Angels Network (CRANE) organized Startup Wednesday with the topic “Ripple – crypto currency or not?” which was presented to hundreds of viewers at the Congress Hall of the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb by Luka Burazer, founder of the newly opened BitLucky Croatian company, dealing with crypto by investing, mining and consulting.
Visitors had a chance to hear what is crypto currency, whether ripple can be called centralized crypto currency, and bitcoin decentralized, what role does ripple play as a protocol in the banking system, and its difference of the ripple as a digital currency (XRP).
“Ripple is created by banks to keep the financial revolution that we are trying to achieve. The Ripple Protocol has been created to increase revenue to banks and reduce their costs, “said Luka Burazer, with which the Startup participants failed to agree. “Banks respond by attacking crypto currencies. People think Ripple is like Bitcoin, and the fact is that Ripple is just the opposite of what Bitcoin was created for. People are not aware of what they are buying. It’s no problem if you like Ripple, just be aware of what it is”, said Burazer.
Participant activity of the Startup Wednesday caused a constructive discussion where you had the opportunity to hear more about the subject from different angles.
The next Startup Wednesday will be held on the first Wednesday of the month, on June 06. More info soon! ????
