Some of the many questions that every entrepreneur asks, especially beginner one, is how to find out if somebody is going to buy the product even before it is made, how to build technological startup without writing the programming code or how to test which version of the product will be sold the most. Answers to all of this questions, and many others offers Lean Startup methodology.
On the next Startup Wednesday we will introduce you to the key principles of lean startup, the explanation and use of customer development, and to defining the problems and user validation. In the end, we will have a small workshop where all can work on defining the problem using Lean Startup Drill Board.
„All who encounter the term Lean Startup for the first time will be briefed quickly, and also for those who know more, on one example we will demonstrate users validation – the method that every startuper needs to know. As a cherry on top, Tore will tell you all of his secrets of successful Kickstarter campaign based on Lean Startup principle, which is described the best with the fact that it finished with 500% funding“ – says Filip Stipančić, cofounder of Lean Startup Drill.
Tore Rasmussen is an entrepreneur and the author of the Playing Lean game which simulates launching of successful product and allows players to learn the basic elements of Lean startup methodology. While launching the game, Tore started Kickstarter campaign and reached his goal in just 10 hours. After the campaign finished it has shown to be the most successful one on Kickstarter in Scandinavia.
